Rafaela Alimentos is a family company operating since 1915, originally elaborating sausages and cold cuts from its plant located in the city of Rafaela, and exporting beef to Europe. In 1997, the plant in the city of Casilda was added, which specializes in slaughtering and processing beef and wich fulfills all sanitary requirements to export to the most demanding markets.
Both plants are strategically located in the beef and pork livestock industrial center.
The company deals with the principle of offering quality products with an added value for both the domestic and international markets.
High quality beef cuts, chilled and frozen, and manufacturing beef. Individual cuts selected cattle, chilled at 0°C and vacuum packed to ensure long preservation periods, required to be distributed as fresh products worldwide.
Individual cuts from selected cattle, frozen at -18°C and vacuum packed or individually wrapped in high barrier film to maximize yield an quality.
Manufacturing beef with different fat contents.
Frozen cooked beef. Ample family of frozen cooked products to be utilized in the production of: soups, food service, meat pies, special dishes and stews.
Cattle purchase / traceability. Cattle is purchased directly from the producer farms and processed in our factories maintainig the traceability of each cut back to the origin.
Due to our strategic location all our cattle comes from near farms, with reduced transport.
