Cabaņa Las Lilas was founded in 1992, although the origin of this family enterprise dates back to the early XX century.
Over 70 years of genetic selection, commitment and enthusiasm, allowed the company to be the leading supplier of the best breeders (bulls) of the finest British breeds (Angus and Hereford). Its cattle were recognized time and again with several prizes at La Rural, by far the most prestigiuos livestock show in Argentina.
Since its launch, Cabaņa Las Lilas has become synonymous with high quality, and the favorite of the most refined and challenging palates.
In its pursuit of continuous development, Cabaņa Las Lilas opened its first restaurant in 1997. Located in Puerto Madero and serving 256.000 guests a year, it is considered the undisputed star for its beef quality.
The introduction of this brand represented to Swift a valuable two-fold achievement: on the one hand, a succesful positioning in ghe market of Premium beefs, and on the other, the strengthening of the development of high added-value products.
